Ingredients-
- 250g Linguine
- 200g broccoli (small broccoli)
- 2 small chicken breasts
- 800ml stock
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
- 50g butter
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 15g chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions-
In a generously sized baking dish, combine the Linguine, finely chopped broccoli, diced chicken breast, chicken stock, and cream cheese. Spread them evenly to create a base.
Craft a flavour-packed garlic butter by mixing together butter, grated garlic, freshly chopped parsley, and a hint of ground pepper. This aromatic blend will add depth and richness to your dish.
Drizzle the garlic butter evenly over the prepared tray, ensuring that it forms delectable chunks that are generously distributed.
Cover the baking tray and place in the oven at 190°C for a 50-minute bake. Remember to give the ingredients a gentle mix halfway through to ensure uniform cooking.
Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan over the top.
Complete by squeezing fresh lemon juice over the entire dish. This final touch introduces a hint of citrus that complements the other ingredients.
Serve and enjoy!
