Ingredients-

- 250g Linguine
- 200g broccoli (small broccoli)
- 2 small chicken breasts
- 800ml stock
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
- 50g butter
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 15g chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions-

  • In a generously sized baking dish, combine the Linguine, finely chopped broccoli, diced chicken breast, chicken stock, and cream cheese. Spread them evenly to create a base.

  • Craft a flavour-packed garlic butter by mixing together butter, grated garlic, freshly chopped parsley, and a hint of ground pepper. This aromatic blend will add depth and richness to your dish.

  • Drizzle the garlic butter evenly over the prepared tray, ensuring that it forms delectable chunks that are generously distributed.

  • Cover the baking tray and place in the oven at 190°C for a 50-minute bake. Remember to give the ingredients a gentle mix halfway through to ensure uniform cooking.

  • Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan over the top.

  • Complete by squeezing fresh lemon juice over the entire dish. This final touch introduces a hint of citrus that complements the other ingredients.

  • Serve and enjoy!
