CHEDDAR & SPRING ONION HASH BROWNS

Ingredients-
500g Grated potato (squeeze out liquid)
100g Grated cheddar
6 Spring onions, finely diced
1 Egg
3 tbsp Corn flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
Instructions-
Prepare the Mixture:
In a large bowl, mix together grated potato (squeezed to remove excess liquid), grated cheddar, diced spring onions, egg, corn flour, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Cooking:
Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and fry each hash brown for approximately 3 minutes per side.
In the last minute, add a teaspoon of butter and flip each hash brown for a buttery finish.
Finish in the Oven:
Transfer the cooked hash browns to a baking tray and finish in a hot oven for 3-5 minutes. This ensures the potato inside is fully cooked through.
