If sausage rolls and pigs in blankets had a baby, this would be your result! The perfect family Christmas sharer!
Ingredients-
- 2x 12 Pork Chipolatas
- 2x unsmoked streaky bacon 300g
- 1 pack ready rolled puff pastry
- 1 wheel Brie or Camembert
- 1 pack black grapes
- 1 pack rosemary
Remove your Chipolatas & bacon from their packaging and leave aside. Cut your puff pastry into 24 strips 1cm wide each, this uses about 2/3rd’s.
Wrap each Chipolata in one slice of streaky bacon then again with one puff pastry strip.
Add all the chipolatas to baking trays and spread them at least 1cm apart to allow the pastry to cook well, along with the cheese (cut a few slits into the cheese in a star pattern) and bake at 180•c for 25-30 minutes.
Ensure that the sausages are browned and the pastry is golden, arrange on the board in a wreath space.
Decorate with black grapes, rosemary and any extra Christmas decorations.
Extra’s- add honey and pecans/walnuts to the Brie, replace the cheese with honey and wholegrain mustard dressing if you don’t want the cheese or a pot of cranberry sauce for dipping.
