DOUGHNUT BALLS
These bite-sized treats are easily made using just two key ingredients, they taste great. Each golden ball promises a soft, pillowy texture and a hint of sweetness, making them an irresistible snack.

Ingredients-
For the Doughnuts:
175g plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
50g sugar
140ml natural yoghurt
For the Sauces:
100g white chocolate with 1 tbsp biscoff spread.
100g milk chocolate.
100g dark chocolate.
Heat 300ml double cream, then pour equally over each type of chocolate and mix thoroughly to create a rich chocolate dipping sauce.
Instructions-
In a bowl, combine all the doughnut ingredients (less the sugar) until a sticky dough forms.
Wet your hands and roll the dough into 8 balls.
Heat vegetable oil. Test the oil by dropping a small amount of batter – it should sizzle instantly.
Carefully place the balls into the hot oil and cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping as needed until golden brown.
Drain on kitchen paper and roll in sugar.
Sauces:
For white chocolate biscoff sauce, mix 120g white chocolate with 1 tbsp biscoff spread.
Heat 140g milk chocolate.
Heat 140g dark chocolate.
Heat 300ml double cream, then pour over each type of chocolate and mix thoroughly.
Serve and enjoy these indulgent chocolate biscoff doughnuts with a trio of sauces!
