EASTER ROCKY ROAD
Melted chocolate with a crunch of biscuits and the chewiness of marshmallows all together in one epic dessert.

Ingredients-
For the Bars-
- 2 x 360g Milk Chocolate
- 2 x mini marshmallows
- 1 bag Maltesers
- 1 pack Digestive Biscuits
Topping-
You can use anything you like, I used-
- 2 x 296g bag Mini Eggs
- 4 bags Mini Bunnies
Instructions-
Melt the chocolate bars in a large measuring jug, in microwave- do 30 seconds at a time until fully melted. Mix in the crushed biscuits, Maltesers & marshmallows.
Add to a large tray lined with baking paper, add your toppings and leave in the fridge to set for an hour.
Take out and cut into 18 squares
