FUDGY CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

Ingredients-
180g-200g chocolate (milk, dark, or a mixture)
200g unsalted butter
100g granulated sugar
200g soft brown sugar
4 large eggs
100g sifted plain flour (gluten-free works fine)
50g cocoa powder
1 tbsp coffee (optional)
Instructions-
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Line a baking tray (minimum size 30x20cm) with baking powder.
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate and butter, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
In a large bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, soft brown sugar, and eggs until well combined.
Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the sugar and egg mixture. Mix thoroughly.
Sift in the plain flour and cocoa powder. If you want an extra kick, add a tablespoon of coffee (optional). Mix until the batter is smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking tray and spread it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Allow the brownies to cool in the tray before cutting them into squares.
