  • 1/2 tsp rosemary

  • 1/2 tsp thyme or sage

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 2 celery stalks

  • 4 carrots

  • 2 leeks

  • 6-8 garlic cloves

  • 500g new potatoes, cut into 2cm thick chunks

  • 1300-1500ml water

  • 2 chicken stock cubes

  • 1 Tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • Splash of milk (optional)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions-

  1. In a bowl, mix the plain flour, oregano, rosemary, thyme (or sage), and black pepper. Coat the diced chicken with this dry mixture and set it aside.
