HOT HONEY CHIPOTLE CHICKEN STRIPS

Ingredients-
1 chicken breast, sliced into strips
1 egg, whisked
6 tbsp seasoned flour (1/2 tsp salt & pepper)
1/4 bag of cornflakes, crushed with the following spices:
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Pinch of dried thyme
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions-
Coat chicken strips with seasoned flour, dip in whisked egg, and then coat with the seasoned cornflake mixture.
Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet, spray with oil, and bake at 180°C for 10-15 minutes, adjusting time based on thickness.
In a pan, combine 1 tbsp chipotle paste, 2 tbsp honey, a pinch of salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Whisk together over gentle heat.
Add the baked chicken strips to the sauce in the pan, toss until coated evenly.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
