INDIAN SPICED KEBAB
The Indian Spiced Kebabs can be prepared with your choice of mince, making them versatile and suitable for different preferences. The mixture of spices, fresh ingredients, and seasonings creates a complimentary range of flavours. These kebabs are perfect for lunchboxes, salads, or served as a delicious appetizer. You can even freeze them raw for convenient future use.

Note: This recipe requires a 1 hour setting time.
Ingredients-
Small bunch of coriander
1 red pepper
1/2 onion
1 garlic clove
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp aromat
1/2 tsp salt
500g mince (you can use beef, lamb, chicken, turkey, or your preferred choice)
2 tsp cornflour
Instructions-
Prepare the Kebab Mix:
Finely dice the coriander, red pepper, onion, and garlic clove.
In a large bowl, combine the diced ingredients with cumin, coriander, garam masala, aromat, and salt.
Add the 500g of mince and 2 tsp of cornflour to the mixture.
Mould and Set:
Shape the mixture into kebabs and thread them onto skewers, as shown in the video. Alternatively, you can shape them into 8 individual kebabs.
Place the kebabs in the fridge and allow them to set for at least 1 hour before cooking.
You can also freeze them raw for later use.
Cook the Kebabs:
In a pan, pan-fry the kebabs over low to medium heat for around 5 minutes on each side until they are cooked through.
Finish by adding a small amount of butter to enhance the flavour of the kebabs.
Serve the Indian Spiced Kebabs with your choice of plain yogurt dip or any other dip you prefer.
