Ingredients-

  • 500g Lean Beef Mince

  • 50g Breadcrumbs

  • 50g Parmesan, finely grated

  • 1 Egg

  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard

  • 1 tbsp Wholegrain Mustard

  • 1 tbsp Honey

  • 3 tbsp fresh chopped parsley

Instructions-

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the lean beef mince, breadcrumbs, finely grated Parmesan, egg, Dijon Mustard, Wholegrain Mustard, honey, and fresh chopped parsley. Mix everything together until well combined.

  2. Shape the mixture into approximately 25 small meatballs.

  3. Place the meatballs on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 20 minutes. This will cook the meatballs to perfection and give them a nice golden colour.

Gravy:

  1. While the meatballs are baking, prepare the gravy. You can make it quickly by combining half beef and half chicken gravy in a saucepan.

  2. Stir in 2 teaspoons of Dijon Mustard and a splash of cream (approximately 2 tablespoons). This will add a creamy and tangy flavour to the gravy.

  3. Heat the gravy over low heat, stirring until it's heated through and well mixed.

  4. Serve the Mustard Beef Meatballs with the creamy mustard gravy.
