OREO FUDGE BROWNIES
These Chocolate Fudge Brownies are perfect for any sweet tooth. A rich blend of 70% chocolate, butter, and a hint of coffee, these brownies achieve the perfect balance of gooey and fudgy. The addition of Oreos, both baked within and adorning the top, adds a crunch and extra layer. Topped with melted chocolate, these brownies are a heavenly treat for any chocolate lover. Easy to make and even easier to eat, these brownies are best enjoyed with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.

Ingredients-
300g Chocolate (70%)
100g Chocolate (for the top)
185g Butter
200g White Sugar
185g Brown Sugar
3 Eggs & 1 Egg Yolk
100ml hot water, 1 Tbsp Coffee
1 Tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Cocoa
125g Plain Flour
Instructions-
Melt the butter and 300g of chocolate in a bowl.
Add vanilla, white sugar, and brown sugar to the melted mixture. Mix well.
Add eggs and use an electric mixer on the batter for 2 minutes to fully combine and create a light and fluffy texture.
Add hot coffee and fold it into the batter.
Add sifted salt, cocoa, and flour. Fold until fully combined.
Evenly space out 16 Oreos in the baking tray in between the brownie mixture.
Sprinkle additional chopped chocolate on top while the mixture is hot.
Add broken-up refrigerated Oreos for extra indulgence.
Bake at 175°C for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
Allow the brownies to cool before cutting into squares.
