PIRI PIRI CHICKEN

Ingredients-

  • 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika

  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 Tsp Ground Coriander

  • 1 Tsp Oregano

  • 1 Tsp Parsley

  • 1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper (works fine without if you don't like heat)

  • 3 Peeled & crushed Green Cardamom

  • 1 Tsp Salt

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 3 Tbsp Brown Sugar


Instructions-

  1. Mix all the spices together along with the Olive Oil to create a flavourful spice rub for your chicken.

  2. Rub the spice mix generously on your chicken pieces, ensuring they are well coated.

  3. Marinate the chicken for a minimum of 2 hours, or you can marinate it for up to 24 hours for a more intense flavour.

  4. After marinating, you can roast the chicken to perfection or sizzle it on the barbecue, depending on your preference.
