PIRI PIRI CHICKEN

Ingredients-
1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Ground Coriander
1 Tsp Oregano
1 Tsp Parsley
1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper (works fine without if you don't like heat)
3 Peeled & crushed Green Cardamom
1 Tsp Salt
2 tbsp Olive Oil
3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
Instructions-
Mix all the spices together along with the Olive Oil to create a flavourful spice rub for your chicken.
Rub the spice mix generously on your chicken pieces, ensuring they are well coated.
Marinate the chicken for a minimum of 2 hours, or you can marinate it for up to 24 hours for a more intense flavour.
After marinating, you can roast the chicken to perfection or sizzle it on the barbecue, depending on your preference.
