SLOW COOKER BEEF BRISKET FAJITAS
A simple and tasty dish that requires minimal effort. Cubed beef brisket is cooked with Cajun spice, oregano, and chopped tomatoes in a slow cooker, resulting in tender and delicious beef that's perfect for fajitas. Before serving, add sliced peppers and red onions for added crunch and flavour. You can customize your fajitas with your favourite ingredients like grated cheese, avocado, and sour cream.

Ingredients-
800g-1kg beef brisket
1 tin chopped tomatoes
3 tbsp Cajun spice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
2 peppers
1 small red onion
Instructions-
Cube the beef brisket and place it in the slow cooker.
Add the oregano, Cajun spice, and salt to the slow cooker with the beef.
Pour in the tin of chopped tomatoes.
Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 5 hours.
Before serving, add two sliced peppers and one small red onion, finely sliced. You can mix them into the hot dish for a crunchy texture, or leave them for an additional 10 minutes if you prefer them softened.
Serve the slow-cooked beef brisket fajitas with your favourite fajita ingredients, such as tortillas, grated cheese, avocado, and sour cream.
