STICKY ASIAN GLAZED PORK BELLY
Tender pork belly strips coated in a sweet and savoury glaze. The combination of Chinese Five Spice, honey, cinnamon, star anise, and white miso paste creates a delicious sauce that's perfect for pork. The sauce is reduced and enhanced with dark soy and honey, giving it that stickiness and depth. Finish it in the oven for a caramelized finish.
