TERIYAKI CHICKEN & BROCCOLI STIRFRY

Ingredients-

  • 3-4 tablespoons Teriyaki Sauce

  • 2 Chicken Breasts, cut into strips

  • 2 tablespoons cornflour

  • 1 pack Egg Noodles

  • 1 Broccoli, cut into florets

  • 1 Onion, cut into slices

  • 2 Garlic Cloves, sliced


Instructions-

  1. Coat the chicken strips in cornflour and set them aside.

  2. In a pan, fry the sliced onion until it becomes brown and soft. Add the sliced garlic and fry for an additional 3 minutes.

  3. While preparing the onion and garlic, boil the broccoli and noodles. If using the same pan, start by boiling the broccoli and, about 2 minutes before it's done, add the noodles to the same pan.

  4. In a separate pan, add the coated chicken strips and brown them, adding more oil if needed.

  5. Drain the broccoli and noodles, then add them to the cooked chicken.

  6. Stir-fry for a minute, then add the Teriyaki sauce.

  7. Mix everything well and ensure it's piping hot.
