HOMEMADE TORTILLA FLATBREADS
Did you know you can cook your own delicious flatbreads in 20 minutes flat? These are best enjoyed fresh.

Ingredients-
- 175g natural yogurt
- 175g SR flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of Salt & pepper
Ingredients-
In a large mixing bowl combine your self raising flour, yoghurt, oil, salt and pepper and mix well to form a dough as per the video and roll into a ball. Divide into 2.
You will need a flat surface, extra flour & a rolling pin.
Remember this make 2 flatbreads so double or triple as necessary.
The thinner they are the more likely they will puff up for you.
With extra flour, roll into circles around 25cm width and these get cooked directly on a dry pan or the BBQ.
Keep checking and when slightly browned flip and repeat on the other side then take off!
They will cook in about 2 minutes.
If you have a pizza oven, these will be ideal too!
